When you enter into an agreement with SæbeRiget or use our website www.SæbeRiget.dk, you agree that SæbeRiget processes your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and this personal data policy. The management and relevant staff at SæbeRiget have access to the data registered about you.

What is personal data?

What do we use your personal data for?
We collect general contact information such as first and last name, email address, postal address, delivery address, telephone number and other similar contact data in order to deliver the product or services you have purchased from us. We collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation as well as information and operational statuses about your product.
When you pay for your product, we collect your card details, name and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the agreement entered into.
We use your contact information to provide you with effective customer service and support. For example, if you have questions for us, we use your contact information to identify your customer account with us.
We use collected data to communicate with you. For example, we may contact you by phone, email or other means to discuss the circumstances surrounding your products, inform you that a subscription is ending, ask you to take an action to keep your account open, or similar. As part of our legitimate interest, we may use your email to send information about new products, services or other updates that will be relevant to you, in relation to the products you already have with us.
If you have given us your consent during a registration process or on our website, we will use your email address to send you a newsletter. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Specific for Webshop and Nets Easy
In order to further develop, improve, and protect your Webshop and Nets Easy, SæbeRiget collects certain types of information. The information includes visitors’ IP addresses, geotype, browser type, screen size, internet service provider (ISP), operating system, referring/exit pages, date/time and visited pages, cart size, and order amount. This information is collected solely for analysis purposes. The statistics are used commercially and/or for marketing purposes exclusively in summarized form. Data about the individual user or individual webshop’s use of the services will never be published, disclosed, or sold to third parties.
Who do we share personal data with?
We will never sell your personal data to a third party. We will only transfer your personal data to third parties in the limited circumstances described below:
Tracking and Marketing
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics on our website to further develop and improve the SæbeRiget website. The statistics are used exclusively in summarized form, for example to see which pages and browsers our customers use the most.
Facebook pixels: If you have reached our website via a Facebook ad, a cookie will be registered on your computer. This cookie expires after 28 days and is not used for personal identification.
Digital Advisor: If you have visited one of SæbeRiget’s affiliate partners and make a purchase via a referral from their website, a tracking pixel will send information to Digital Advisor that a purchase has been made.
Payment: SæbeRiget uses payment and acquisition providers when you use a credit card to pay for your service. Here we use: Nets A/S.
We may disclose personal data if we receive a binding request from a relevant authority, a court of law, or if required by law. We will protect your data by always allowing authorities to document that they have the necessary legal basis to obtain information.

As the data subject, you have a number of rights that we must ensure are fulfilled at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
